You Can Advance Quickly By Staying In Your Lane.
Being a person with multiple skills, this was hard for me to learn at first.
Especially when someone hires me to cover other people instead of training or correcting them.
This helped me learn a lot of things, but it also hurt me.
❌ I couldn’t focus
❌ I was stressed
❌ And overlapping roles was confusing
As I grew into better teams and worked with better managers. I started to see how staying in my lane was encouraged and key.
This allowed for
✅ Focus → My job was done better since I could focus on my role.
✅ Reduced Overlap → With defined roles, the team was more efficient.
✅ Improved outcomes → With one person owning a role, no task was left undone.
